This version that I propose, comes from an old magazine features, is very palatable . A strong hint of lemon in every bite will take you, whilst leaving room for the crunchy almonds and sesame seeds to a final. A real pleasure!
Sbrisolona WITH SESAME ALMOND AND BASIL LEMON
Ingredients for a roasting pan from 20cmX30cm
- 100 gr di farina di mais fioretto
- 100 gr di farina 00
- buccia grattugiata di ½ limone bio
- 75 gr di zucchero di canna
- 70 gr di burro
- 5 gr di sesamo
- 60 gr di mandorle intere con la buccia
- 1 tuorlo
Procedimento
Tritare grossolanamente nel cutter, azionandolo ad intermittenza, il sesamo e metà delle mandorle. In una ciotola setacciare le farine, unire lo zucchero, la buccia del limone grattugiata, il burro ridotto a dadini, il tuorlo e infine il composto a base di mandorle e sesamo.
