Per dirla in parole povere è inutile fare 10 serie di addominali alti e 20 serie di quelli bassi, se poi mangi spesso l’insalata. Dice che non è proprio fatica sprecata, ma se vuoi un fisico asciutto e senza liquidi dovresti vivere di zucchine lesse, fagiolini lessi e spinaci anch’essi lessi. Si ma che tristezza!!!
E pensare che anche mangiare l’insalata non era poi questa gran consolazione...
E poi se devo dire la verità, io con l’insalata non ho mai avuto un rapporto costante e bisogna ammettere che c’è insalata e insalata.

HERRING SALAD WITH SMOKED AND SCAMORZA
Serves 2
  • 100 g mixed salad
  • 100 g cherry tomatoes
  • 40 g of smoked herring fillets (vacuum)
  • 60 g smoked cheese cake
  • 40 g of bread full
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil salt
procedure
