SALMONE AL CARTOCCIO 
Ingredienti per 4 persone
  • 400 gr di salmone fresco(in 4 tranci)
  • 160 gr di gamberetti sgusciati
  • 160 grams of zucchini strips
  • smoked salt
  • pink peppercorn
  • 1 +1 / 2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

PROCEDURE
flake the salmon steaks, rinse and cook them in a pan with a tablespoon of oil for a couple of minutes per side. Remove them from the pan and blow in the same medium heat listrarelle the zucchini and shrimp for 5 minutes.
Bring two pieces of greaseproof paper, wet them and squeeze them well.
