TARALLI paprika
Makes about 35 pieces:
  • 500 grams of flour 00
  • 130 ml extra virgin olive oil
  • 12 grams of salt + 1 tablespoon

procedure

Bring to boil a pot with 3 liters of water and a tablespoon of salt.
